Bored of always going out for your regular run alone? Sick of the lonely gym? Come train with Sovereign Masters! We train twice a week as a group, and then often meet up casually for the rest of the training days! We are peaking for Masters World Cup in March 2011. Training usually involves strength routines, ski walks, mountain bike or road rides, and runs. We use a group on Facebook to make contact, and plan when and where to meet. Just google Facebook, follow the instructions to sign up, then search "Sovereign Masters." If you are having trouble finding the group setting, it is sometimes hidden on the left under games, click on "more" to find the other apps! See you on the trails!
Sovereign Masters is open to masters skiers (30-80 years old) that are interested in training with like-minded skiers! We go for group runs, rides, glides, etc! This year, the STOKE is on, as we are training to peak at the Sparkling Hill Masters World Cup, taking place in March 2011 on home turf! See you on the trails....if you can keep up that is!
