Track Attack (ages 9-12)
2011-12 "Track Attack" calendar is attached at the bottom of this page, above "Latest News".
This is the stage of development when these young athletes can make great strides in both skills and fitness and further ingrain their love of skiing and the healthy habits that can keep them Fit4Life! "Track Attackers" have the opportunity to develop and improve all of their skiing techniques in a wide variety of terrain with their buddies and more experienced peers.
In addition to the 2 weekly dryland and 3 weekly on-snow sessions, enhanced sessions are available for athletes wishing to compete at more races alongside their buddies as part of the SLNC Team. Thursday evenings provide further chance for your keen skiers to let 'er rip even more as they learn how to roller ski during the fall and apply those skills on the snow in the winter! Plenty of options are available for "Track Attackers" of all abilities or ambition in a team atmosphere that encourages personal development.
