Sovereign Futures: A Strategic Plan for 2012-2017
Welcome to Sovereign Futures!
At the November 2011 Information Meeting the Sovereign Lake Board of Directors launched a Strategic Planning Exercise – Sovereign Futures. The intent of this process, to be conducted over the 2011-2012 ski season, is to identify issues currently facing SLNC, to consult broadly with Club member on the issues and to set priorities for the next 5 years.
So ... What’s next for the Sovereign Lake Nordic Club?
That’s where you come in! The SLNC Board, through Sovereign Futures will be canvassing members over the next few months to hear your ideas. Guided by a small Steering Committee, Sovereign Futures will develop a variety of mechanisms to identify issues and consult with club members.
