Join us for an evening of great food, community, and celebration as we continue building the future of Sovereign Lake Nordic Club. This special event marks the kickoff to another exciting season of fundraising in support of our Lodge Legacy Renewal Project.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our members, donors, and community partners, we have already surpassed early fundraising goals—allowing us to begin essential infrastructure upgrades, including roof replacement and crawlspace structural improvements.

But our work isn’t done yet. To complete the next phases of the lodge renewal, we need to regain momentum and keep the spirit of giving alive. This dinner is a chance to come together, enjoy an elegant meal, and make a lasting impact on the future of our club and its facilities.

Guests will be entertained by live music from a local violinist and hear speeches from our board and committee members, sharing updates and exciting plans for the Lodge Legacy Project.

Upon arrival enjoy a 4oz glass from a selection of Cambiums famous ciders including a non alcoholic option.

The evening begins with a mingling hour featuring three chef-selected canapés before guests are seated for dinner.

Enjoy a delicious plated main course of  12 hour braised beef, accompanied by family-style side dishes including fresh salad and roasted vegetables shared at your table. Guests will enjoy a beautifully prepared dessert to finish the meal.

This $110 per person dining experience offers a relaxed and social atmosphere.

Guests with dietary preferences—such as vegetarian or non–red meat options—may request an alternative main course upon check-in.
