Dryland Training, Club Night & Special Events

Super fun, club-oriented group training where everyone from Jackrabbits to Masters rub shoulders on and off the water! The focus is on running speed, agility and strength, with lots of fun relays and games. Paddle work is conducted through the Vernon Paddling Club and will help to build upper body strength in a fun environment.
“Club Night” Sessions run Wednesday evenings from 6-8pm at Paddlewheel Park.

Bring your running shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen and water bottle.

Here we ramp up the fitness level in the great outdoors! Sessions include either trail running or ski-striding on many of the beautiful trails that local parks have to offer. Our focus will be on your base aerobic fitness level – lots of zone1 with some sport-specific strength thrown in for good measure.
Bring your running shoes, ski-striding poles (shorter classic poles) and water bottle – and be sure to dress for the weather!
