Trail Conditions for Wednesday 20 th March
The temperature at 8:30 am is +8 degrees.
All groomed trails are in super shape but firm, to start the day and will soften considerably by noon.
Ron has groomed mostly the inner trails today with the exception of: Upper World Cup, Gold Mountain, Revenge, Prince of Wales and Silver Queen.
Trail conditions will change significantly throughout the day. Early mornings will be icy and afternoons will be soft and slushy. Hit the sweet spot for best skiing around 10-11 am daily.
Warning: Aberdeen/Lars Taylor / Silver Queen are icy and it is advisable to allow them to soften a little before skiing.
Caution: There may be sudden changes in snow conditions, between sunny and shady places!
All snowshoe and backcountry trails are open. Please use caution when crossing ski trails. Look both ways before proceeding.
Please park at a 45-degree angle and close to the vehicle beside you. It makes it a lot easier to get out of your parking spot when there is a centre row of vehicles.
Come on up and enjoy spring skiing at its best!
