XC Supercamps is on the hunt for an enthusiastic and visionary Manager to help us reach our goal: becoming North America’s premier early-season Nordic skiing destination for adults!

XC Supercamps—co-owned and operated by SilverStar Mountain Resort and Sovereign Lake Nordic Club—offers adults an immersive, supportive environment to improve their technique, build community, and launch their ski season in style.

📍 Type: Part-time, year-round (seasonally concentrated)

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit and mentor a stellar coaching team

• Design and deliver world-class Nordic ski clinics

• Coach in a supportive role

• Innovate and grow the program using past feedback and your own experience
