Mobile & Downloadable SLNC Trail Maps

Welcome to our New Mobile Map Download Centre.

We have created a mobile PDF map that utilizes the GPS functionality of your phone to chart where you are on our trail system, and can even track distances skied throughout your visit. Please follow the link below to download the Avenza Trail App on your phone so you will never get lost again!

We will add a full XC105 Trail Network Map during 2018/19.

*Please note that this app does not use your data while in use on trails but you should be on wi-fi to download the app and maps to reduce data consumption.

Click on the Avenza logo below to forward you to the app download page. This application works on all iPhone and Android devices.

Once you have downloaded the app to your phone search “Sovereign Lake” for all the latest available geo-referenced maps available for our area.

Trail Report

Trail Conditions for Tuesday 19th March

The temperature at 8:30 am is 4 degrees.

All groomed trails are in super shape but firm, to start the day and will soften considerably by noon.

Trail conditions will change significantly throughout the day. Early mornings will be icy and afternoons will be soft and slushy. Hit the sweet spot for best skiing around 10-11 am daily.

Warning: Aberdeen/Lars Taylor / Silver Queen are icy and it is advisable to allow them to soften a little before skiing.

Caution: There may be sudden changes in snow conditions, between sunny and shady places!

All snowshoe and backcountry trails are open. Please use caution when crossing ski trails. Look both ways before proceeding.

Please park at a 45-degree angle and close to the vehicle beside you. It makes it a lot easier to get out of your parking spot when there is a centre row of vehicles.

Come on up and enjoy spring skiing at its best!
